Testing, a thing developers often don’t like. Writing unit tests ok… Writing an integration test ok… Writing a test for your frontend, that’s for testers. No it isn’t. Various frameworks exist for frontend testing, in the past Selenium was one of the most well known. Nowaydays a few more choices exist and I am going to show one of them. Cypress is a test framework which runs as a NPM library and is quite easy to setup. I am going to give you an introduction into testing a website with Cypress.
